Our North American logistics team set a company record for safety with its lowest-ever recordable incident rate (1.4), marking a three-year transformation and achieving a world-class level of safety.
This achievement stems from safety leadership training, rigorous HSE protocols, and strong executive backing. In addition to raising awareness of Aliaxis’ global safety standards, local teams chose to also address ergonomics, risk factor training, employee engagement programmes and contractor safety by developing requirements for the latter.
