The deal supports our strategic priority to invest in the US market both through capital spending on our existing operations and by acquiring strategically important companies to boost our capacity and market coverage.

Bringing Harco on board, with its 58-year history of industry expertise, means we can offer an expanded range of products to a broader US customer base and continue providing industry-leading customer service.

The Harco team is not only part of our business in North America but is already building partnerships with our brands in other markets. For example, it has worked with our business in Australia to introduce its innovative curb stop valve into the US water utility market, with great sales success even at this early stage.
