In 2024, our leading brand IPEX® in Canada was recognized as a Great Place to Work™* following an employee survey run by the organisation. The survey had great employee participation, and gave high marks for fairness, safety, and inclusivity – including 88% approval for fairness and 87% for physical safety. The certification, was based entirely on employee feedback, highlighting our commitment to an inclusive and positive workplace. Plans are underway to expand the survey in 2025.
