Now in its fifth year, Aliaxis’ Local Heroes programme in the Pacific has become a genuine expression of the Group’s culture. In 2025, nearly 400 employees were nominated by their peers for outstanding work — recognised for living the behaviours of We Care, We Dare, We Deliver.
The programme calls on employees to celebrate and recognise colleagues who go the extra step in safety, teamwork and everyday performance. In 2026, Local Heroes will be extended beyond just the Pacific region — bringing the spirit of peer recognition to teams around the world.
