The Local Heroes programme is our way of celebrating those who go the extra mile in the Pacific. With 442 nominations in 2024, it’s clear that our people take pride in living our behaviours. Trophies were awarded for winners of the categories ‘we dare, we care, we deliver’ and ‘Safety, Health & Environment’, with the prestigious CEO Award honouring the best of the best. The result has been fantastic and proves a real sense of community and teamwork in the business.
