Ashirvad launched a series of initiatives to deepen inclusivity across its workforce. A Six Thinking Hats® training workshop brought together 27 female colleagues from across functions for two days of structured, creative thinking — building new insights and strengthening cross-functional collaboration. Infrastructure for women at Ashirvad’s sites was also upgraded, and flexible wellness policies were expanded to better support work and home responsibilities.
The progress is visible in the numbers: women now represent 20% of STEM roles at Ashirvad, a meaningful step forward in a sector where gender balance in technical roles remains a challenge. It is part of a broader effort to make Ashirvad a place where everyone can do their best work.
