Aliaxis confirms Laurence Dallenogare as new Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Committee member

Brussels, Belgium, October 3, 2024 – Aliaxis, a world leader in fluid management solutions that enable access to water and energy, confirmed Laurence Dallenogare with immediate effect as its new Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Executive Committee. She will report directly to Thierry Vanlancker, Managing Director of Aliaxis.

Since August, Laurence Dallenogare has been serving as the acting Chief Human Resources Officer at Aliaxis, having joined the company as Vice President HR EMEA in 2023.

As a seasoned HR leader, she drives HR strategies to enhance business performance across diverse industries like pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and manufacturing. Laurence excels in organizational transformations, leadership development, and promoting diversity.

Throughout her career, she has excelled in driving large-scale organizational transformations, developing leadership capabilities, building high performing teams and championing diversity and inclusion.

She holds a Master in Communication and Public Relations from the Belgian Université Libre de Bruxelles and completed various executive programs at Cranfield University.
