Aliaxis appoints Peter Van Bylen to the Executive Committee as EMEA Executive Vice President
Aliaxis, a global leader in fluid management solutions that enable access to water and energy, today announced the appointment of Peter Van Bylen as Executive Vice President (EVP) EMEA and member of the Executive Committee, effective 1 June 2026.
Peter Van Bylen is an experienced and respected leader throughout Aliaxis. During his 13 years with the company, he has built a strong reputation as a strategic, people-focused and results-driven leader, with deep knowledge of the business and its markets.

About Peter Van Bylen
Peter Van Bylen joined Aliaxis in 2013 from Boston Consulting Group, where he advised organisations on strategy, transformation and capability building.
Within Aliaxis, he has held several senior leadership roles across strategy, business development and commercial operations. He served as Head of Business Development, Marketing and Strategy at Ashirvad where he led key initiatives in commercial excellence and strategic marketing. He then became the Global Head of Strategy before joining the EMEA division.
Most recently, he served as VP Commercial, Northern Region and France, EMEA, where he played a key role in driving commercial performance and supporting the region’s transformation journey.
Peter Van Bylen brings a unique combination of strategic vision, operational discipline and strong customer focus. His leadership style is grounded in collaboration, engagement and a deep commitment to people development.
He holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Antwerp and a Master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Bath.
