Aliaxis announces key leadership appointments to their Executive Committee
Aliaxis, a global leader in fluid and energy management systems, announced two appointments to their Executive Committee today.
Colleen Pritchett joins Aliaxis and is named Executive Vice-President North America, and Travis Lutes is promoted to Executive Vice-President Global Enterprise Transformation. These changes to the Executive Committee are effective January 1, 2026.
Alex Mestres is retiring as Executive Vice-President the Americas, after 40 years at Aliaxis, having shown exceptional leadership and playing a pivotal role in shaping the Americas region, in particular IPEX, Aliaxis’ largest brand globally.
Mathieu Rousseau, Group Chief Operating Officer, has decided to leave Aliaxis and return home to Canada after 31 impactful years with the company, working across 3 continents, and as a key member of the Executive Committee.

About Colleen Pritchett
A U.S. citizen, Colleen Pritchett is a highly accomplished global executive with more than 25 years of international experience delivering growth, operational excellence, and large-scale business transformation across building materials, industrials, and advanced manufacturing.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
Colleen started her career as an engineer in an extrusion plant and advanced through senior leadership roles in operations, sales, finance, product management, and strategic planning. She has led major businesses at companies such as DuPont, Hexcel, and Cornerstone Building Brands, where she oversaw multi‑billion‑dollar operations, extensive manufacturing networks, and large teams focused on safety, quality, and customer value. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Carpenter Technology Corporation.
About Travis Lutes
Travis Lutes, a Canadian national, is an experienced senior executive at Aliaxis North America, with a strong track record in operations, sales, engineering and business transformation.
He holds a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and another in Technology Management and Entrepreneurship, both from the University of New Brunswick, Canada.
After a brief career in academia at the University of New Brunswick, Travis joined the IPEX Group of Companies in 1994. Having held several progressively senior roles, he has been President & Chief Operating Officer at IPEX, Aliaxis’ largest brand, since 2015 where he has driven growth and operational excellence.
