Aliaxis, a world leader in fluid management solutions, announces the promotion of Mathieu Rousseau as new Group Chief Operations & Supply Chain Officer and a member of the Executive Committee, effective on April 3, 2023. He will report directly to Eric Olsen, the Chief Executive Officer of Aliaxis.

Mathieu was previously leading the operations in Latin America and was a member of Aliaxis’ Global Leadership Team. He brings in a sound expertise on operations and will drive the company’s operational excellence.

Biography of Mathieu Rousseau

Mathieu Rousseau, a Canadian national, joined Ipex in 1994 starting as a project engineer before growing into plant manager and then Vice President Supply Chain of Aliaxis North America, eventually becoming the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for our Latin American business in 2017.

Mathieu holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at Polytechnique Montréal and completed executive development programmes at Queen’s School of Business (Canada) and Vlerick Business School (Belgium).
