Integrated Business Planning — IBP — is changing the way teams across Aliaxis think, communicate and make decisions.

IBP ritualises communication and planning across functions, improving forecast accuracy, customer delivery and working capital efficiency. It is already active to varying degrees across parts of the Group, and 2025 marked a significant step forward. Maturity assessments were completed by region and function with support from consultants Oliver Wight, and a cross-regional team developed a global framework now being adapted to the realities of each region. Aliaxis aims to be IBP capable across the entire Group by the end of 2026.
