Transformation and Commercial Excellence Lead South Europe,

I’m Transformation and Commercial Excellence Lead for South Europe. In short, this means I’m in charge of the transformation of the South European region while leading commercial excellence initiatives to grow profitably.

I’ve been with the company for 10 years now, and during that time, I’ve been based in 3 different countries. My job has given me the possibility to travel the world and discover different cultures and new ways of working while meeting passionate people from the group. Working with these unique individuals is why I love my job and why Aliaxis is such a great place to work.

Aliaxis has allowed me to shape my ideas and to work on my projects. The management team has always fully supported me, they have been open to new ideas and have always been available for feedback. The fact that Aliaxis offers a flexible working environment is an additional bonus. It has allowed me to organise my job in the most efficient way to deliver the agreed results while managing my passions.

Federico, Transformation and Commercial Excellence Lead for South Europe based in Spain.
