Aliaxis appoints Eric Olsen as Chief Executive Officer
Brussels – September 22nd, 2020 – The board of directors of Aliaxis, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of plastic fluid handling systems, has today announced that Eric Olsen will join the group as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Olsen is the former global CEO of LafargeHolcim, where he led the successful integration of Lafarge and Holcim, to create a global champion for building materials and solutions.
Olivier van der Rest, Chairman of Aliaxis, said: “Eric is a world class leader with a proven track record of delivering transformation and growth. Mr. van der Rest thanked Koen Sticker, Chief Financial Officer, for his leadership as Acting CEO during the transition period. “We are very grateful for Koen’s stewardship,” said Mr. van der Rest. “Koen will resume his CFO role, with an increased focus on investments and expanded responsibilities.”
