What I have seen evolve at Aliaxis is that by promoting the training of leaders, the leadership attitude, we focus less on your gender, your age, etc.
What is expected of you is that you provide the expected results, that you do what is necessary for the projects to move forward. Having international teams is also an advantage, as cultural habits are different from one country to another, this helps to change mentalities and professional relations. I notably think that today I would no longer see myself automatically targeted in a meeting with men to be the person who will take the meeting notes or will bring the coffee.
The diversity of a team due to the different personalities that make it up is a wealth that must be cultivated to get projects progressing as well as work habits.
