In Costa Rica, we partnered with the not-for-profit organisation Inspiring Girls International and the inclusion consultancy Plura Inclusivo to empower young women with disabilities to consider careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
As part of the programme, we showed students our facilities, introducing them to engineering careers. Since this broader initiative began, female management representation at Aliaxis Latin America has risen from 16% to 28%, with 300 women trained in technical leadership.
