APAC team wins two customer awards in Australia and New Zealand

The Philmac team of Aliaxis’ APAC division won two supplier awards last year. Both prizes clearly demonstrate the high level of quality provided by the Aliaxis teams in serving our customers.

In September 2017, Philmac won the Auscontact Association’s Contact Centre Specialist Award. This award recognises that our Australian National Contact Centre, with its highly trained and motivated staff, leads the way in offering the ultimate customer experience.

In the same month, the team was named Thinkwater Supplier of the Year. Thinkwater is a leading network of Australian and New Zealand independently-owned water services businesses. The Group operates 44 stores across Australia and New Zealand, servicing a broad range of markets that include agriculture, golf course irrigation systems, water recycling and domestic irrigation and pumping. This award proves that our colleagues have been able to deliver consistently high levels of service throughout the year.

The two awards won by our APAC team demonstrate how many facets of the business can come together to deliver customer value.
