Aliaxis, a global leader in fluid and energy management systems, is pleased to announce the successful sale of its industrial site in Lenham, Kent to Panattoni, one of Europe’s largest logistics real estate developers. The transaction marks an important milestone in Aliaxis’ ongoing program to streamline operations and reinforce its financial position.

Managing Director, Thierry Vanlancker comments on the sale:

“This transaction underscores our commitment to financial discipline and contributes towards our goal to deleverage,” said Thierry Vanlancker, Managing Director of Aliaxis. “By converting non-core assets into cash, we are reinforcing our financial resilience, safeguarding flexibility, and unlocking resources to invest in our core business.

“This divestment aligns with Aliaxis’ broader transformation agenda, which includes optimizing its global footprint to win in profitable markets.”

A Win-Win for the Region and Industry

The site, which was formerly Aliaxis’ UK manufacturing operations for the building segment, will be transformed into Panattoni Park Maidstone, a logistics and industrial hub, offering future employment opportunities in the region.

Aliaxis is proud to have played a role in the industrial legacy of the site and looks forward to seeing it evolve into a site that supports future development in the region.
