Aliaxis announces successful closing of the acquisition of Vinidex in Australia

Aliaxis announces the successful closing of the transaction to acquire Metal Manufactures Limited’s wholly owned subsidiary Vinidex Pty Limited, a leading Australian manufacturer of PVC and Polyethylene piping systems with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and distribution network across Australia. As a result of this acquisition, Aliaxis’ revenues are expected to increase by approximately € 340 million on an annual basis and its Australasian division will represent around one fifth of the Group’s global sales. Vinidex will be consolidated as of August 1st, 2014.
